 GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND DISCLAIMERS FOR TIRUPATI PACKAGE:

  1. Passengers who are checked into the bus at Bangalore will be checked about the Package bookings if somebody is having only the transfer ticket to Blr-Tpt-Blr and wanted the package can buy the Package ticket by paying the difference amount then and there a form will be provided to fill and give us back. With your Name /age/ sex/ address (should hold your ID card proof) and then Package ticket will be issued.

 

  1. Accommodation /Breakfast /Lunch / Transfers at Tirupati: For the passengers who arrive in Tirupati will be taken care by our reception team and transfer them into a 3* property like PLR Candy (peppermint group) or Grand world or equal with early morning coffee/ Tea and cookies. Passenger have to get ready by 5am -5.30am depending on the bus arrival time and take the early breakfast (3-4 varieties of vegetarian Buffet breakfast will be provided)  in the same hotel. Customers will be drive down to Padmavathi Temple for the quick darshan and transferred to Tirumala to catch up with 7am Special Entry darshan slot. We will come back to hotel after darshan and have Buffet Vegetarian Lunch. Passenger can take little rest or choose to visit the local temple (with our team coordination) if there is ample time and ensure that they are back in the hotel for convenience of all to start back to Bangalore with a Tea and snack served and reach Bengaluru by 9pm.
  1. Lord Balaji Darshan: As more than fifty thousand pilgrims visit the Sri Venkateswara Temple every day, TTD has organised efficient systems to ensure the smooth movement of pilgrims. Minimum time for Darshan to be completed is 2hrs and maximum could be 8-10 hours also. Which is absolutely not in our hands to create any comfort of altering the timings as it all depends on the crowd and TTD Administration..

              Special Entry Darshan (Seeghra Darshan) The Seeghra Darshan facility is introduced  to provide quick Darshan for the Pilgrims. The cost of the Ticket is Rs.300/- per pilgrim. The tickets will be
issued at VQC-I in a separate queue line with 4 counters, after taking the tickets, the pilgrims are directly allowed for Darshan. Seeghra Darshan tickets will be issued on all the Sarva Darshan timings. Our Specialist guide will buy the tickets on behalf of the group and come along with you.

 

         4 . Goddess Padmavathi Darshan: We will buy quick darshan Rs.100/- or Rs.200/- ticket for ease and comfort. Minimum time for Darshan to be completed is 1hrs and maximum could be 2-3 hours.   Which is absolutely not in our hands to create any comfort of altering the timings it all depends on the crowd and TTD Administration. Our Specialist guide will buy the tickets on behalf of the group and come along with you  throughout.

5     The Tourists going for Darshan Should not take any electronic gadgets like camera, Mobile,    Pagers, Calculators, Ipod, Ipads, Laptops etc. They are not suppose wear Shoes and go into the temple with bear foot, Females wearing Punjabi dress / Choodidhars /Kurtha paijama should compulsorily wear Dhuppatta.

6.   Vehicles to Transport from Tirupati to Tirumala (up hill) & Tiruchanoor: T.T.Travels, will allocate the good Air conditioned vehicles like Innova / Tempo Traveler  or Similar for all pick up and drops in Tirupati. Vehicles will not run A/C while going up on Ghat road for about 30 minutes and approximately 17km, Passengers should cooperate with us. As it is a journey in the ghat road there will be vomiting sensation and all passengers should cooperate and help each other to stop and go for all passengers convenience. Incase of inadequate no. of packs are booked in particular trip all possible alternative arrangements will be made for example if only 2 passengers for Package trip - we will transfer them by Indica car with guide.  

  1. All passengers should cooperate with our Tour guide to handle the group with ease and comfort at all levels and in all situations.
  2. CHILD POLICY : Children between 3 and 12 years old are treated as child and separate seat is provided in the coaches and be granted a 50% discount on Olivea bus / Local  cab transfers, food and package ticket provided that they share room with adults and no extra-bed.  A maximum of two children per party (family) is granted for such discounts.  Children requiring their own rooms are charged as adults.  The rates are chargeable as per the total number of that party.
  3.   LIABILITY: T.T.Travels acts as intermediary between the Olivea, Tie-up hotels, all transport operations and  local temples offices providing the services.  T.T.Travels. is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or   damage sustained by the tourists, including those occurring outside the touring programs.  Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural and disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the tourists.  Programs and prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of printing and are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour.  Participation in our tours implies the tourist’s agreement to the above conditions.
  4. The passenger / Tourist who have booked the package are requested to fulfill the Guest Registration Form before departure to the tour.
  5. Seat number is allotted on the ‘First come-First serve basis strictly while transferring in cabs.
  6. The pilgrims / Tourists will take care of their belongings by themselves during the tour and  T.T.Travels takes no responsibility for any misplacement, losses or damage for their belongings.
  7. Provide us with all passengers’ information with name, age and sex.
  8. The contact information like mobile number and email address are very important for us to communicate with you until the tour is completed.
  9. Please do not pay any money directly to any of our staff.

Cancellation Policy:
4 hours before the departure 50 % amount will be deducted from the fare.
Less than 4 hours before the departure no Refund.
